I'm handling this with care. Do you know how old 22 sounds?? I'm so scared and sad and excited....
This weekend I had many happy fuzzy things happen. My sweet neighbor Urmi worked overtime on me two nights in a row putting prettypretty make-up me. I looked so dramatic and dreamy. Friday I went to a dance with Danielle and her sweetie Ben. Now HE was a trip. The youngest boy there, but he danced so much and made me happy because no one else danced but us. I love people who dance.
oooo!!!!!! remember the guy who called me fat? He came up to me and tried to ask me to dance but I said "no thanks! I'm too fat for you!" that felt goooood :):):)
Saturday I got to go to a bridal shower for Scandalous Candalous and I won corn skewers because in one game we got certain points for objects in our purse that matched a list... they put harmonica for 50 pts. on there as a joke :) DOn't underestimate the Reva.... I soooooo beat everyone there.
Then my buddy Pete took me out for a fancy birthday dinner. I got to get dressed up and be treated like a princess - that's the best present. The waiter even pulled out my chair and put a napkin in my lap. How classy is that?
Then a gang of us... Urmi, Peter, Danielle, Ben, moi, piled in her automobile and wetnt to see Serendipity. Fabbulous movie, by the way. We missed the beginning and we didn't know how the two main characters met, so leaned over and asked these old ladies and they told me. I don't know why I was the only one to thing of doing that. People are so weird.
And tonight for my present part 2, Pete brought over theis AMAZING cheesecake/browine. DUDE. And the soundtrack to Serendipity because We'd loved the music and a map to Dallas because I get to lost:)
I'm so lucky. Most 22 year-olds don't get to have this much fun when they turn 22. They have an office party. Get drunk. I get friends that remind me it's a good thing that I was born.
