Dagnabit, have I seriously gone 2 weeks without an entry??? I quit my job, I should have WAY more time to spout out deep and meaningfulnessessess (say it out loud - I think it works!)
Today was big - at church I got asked to serve as the teacher for the 12 and 13 year old girls. I just got RID of teenagers in my life! Well, kind of - I start teaching violin lessons on Wednesday and the majhority of my kids are teens, but ONE AT A TIME!!! THese kids seem pretty adorable though so I think I'll be good:)
So for Memorial Day Jared and I head up to the mountains of Colorado to visit my family. Mom and Dad got this gorgeous condo up in Breckenridge and all my brothers and sister-in-laws came up for two nights. So good to be with my family!! Unfortunately, Jared's headaches were in full force AND he got altitude sickness. Poor guy!! We even had to take him to the emergency room!
Oh - and by the way - it's his birthday on Tuesday and I want to make it special and I have NO ideas - does anyone had ideas?!?!?
Okay, now to say sorry for not writing for 2 weeks, here are some pics o' the trip:

This was Jared's first time on a ski life - AND he's afraid of heights! He handled it well though!
Okay - now this needs explaination - there was a closet with a washer and dryer stacked on top of each other - and Dallin got to looking at this and thought there was lots of room inbetween the ceiling and the dryer - so he climbed on it! I don't know if the picture captures how impressive this is, but it might at least capture how weird my brother is:)
Ahhh, so my mom treated us all to a spa morning at the resort - I had an hour long hot rocks massage - WOW! Here's mom and my sis-in-laws just beforehand:
Jared couldn't make it out of the condo for a while, so the rest of us took a loverly hike:)
So here's one of our goofy pictures when we got our family photo taken - I particularly like how Jared looks incredibly GQ. YUM
And here's the 2005 famly picture. The family is growing (some of us are growing - Megan, the blonde is pregnant!)
So that's it for not. Hope y'all are well. I'm in relaxation mode - maybe too much, but it's oh so nice. I think we're gaining weight from all the happy happy:)
