Okay, so one of my gifts from Jared was this - the Knifty Knitter:
This little loom thing that makes hats really fast! Like, I made one in 2 days!! Just a coupla hours and boom, we got hat action!!
And "lucky" Jared got to be our head model:)
Ahhh, the happy hat man....
Another view....
Yet another....
Okay, I couldn't help it, I had to model it too...
And see - here he is lounging on the couch watching TV but look at his head!!! It's still there!!!
He does humor me so, I like that about him:)
Like I said people, get ready for a christmas of NOTHING but hats and scarves, woohoo!!
Of course, now that Jared has one hat, I'll make him 12. And we live in Atlanta. It's a cruel, cruel world.
Thanks for all the love yesterday!! I honestly am doing fantabulously, but I know that I wasn't before, and so even though I'm good, I'm going to get help before it gets bad again. I figure it's smart and it makes Jared happy.
I like it when he's happy!
Oh gag how sappy am I?? Well, I'm about to be reallly sappy because I'm leaving town for a few days - tomorrow morning, 6:30am flight to LA to see my uncle get married this weekend. I'm pretty excited about it - I miss my family and I haven't been to another LDS wedding - except for my own, so I'd like to see if from another perspective other than sheer terror and tears (yeah, that was most of my wedding day:). That and I also get to go into the Los Angeles temple!
So that's nifty. It's where my parents were married over 30 years ago (awwwww!)
But no Jared - it's so expensive to fly across the country, and 2 people, doubly expensive. Honestly, with house payments and our lives being insane, it's really sweet that he's okay with me flying off to see my friend sand family. Oh yes, there is a friend wedding coming up SOOOON but I have to get official permission to mention it so we'll all have to wait for that one:)
So, enough with my mush. I gots scarves to knit!!!!
SUPERCRACK is a knittin' fool!!!!
