dang, it's already 8am.. I have to run out the door in a coupla minutes to go practice... but first - this update is imperative -
Mom, would you PLEASE stop calling me up and singing the Hallelujah Chorus????? PLEASE??????
Oh, and those annoying gems of wisdom in my guestbook - if you didn't already know, those are her too. And she also calls me and screams "SHE'S BAAAAAAACK!!!!!" too.Seriously... okay, so maybe MAYBE I have crummy taste in men but does she have to rub it in my face?? Sheez - people, you don't even know - I'm going to be hearing about "the short bus driver" for YEARS. She keeps gloating... check out a snippet for her last e.mail:

I may be old, over the hill, outta the game, and off the charts - but I know how to call 'em. ..... You sound good. You're getting better at this. Now I want it see if the real Reva can stay real in or out of a relationship --- that'll tell a lot.

Dang, I love her. Even when she pisses me off, she makes me laugh:) You know, someday I will have a very annoyed daughter. I learned from the best!;)
What is it about men that they assume women want to be thrown into a pool?? Especially if they just got out of a nice warm hot tub and already dried off? WHy exactly do they think it's funnY?
Luckily I made such a stink I espcaed soggy death, but two of my roomates weren't so lucky.
I LOVE my roomates. last night I was trying to pack, watching the Micheal Jackson special (he's so scary!!!!!!) and they asked if I wanted to go get in a hot tub with some strange men....
I love my life. Merry CHristmas:)
I can't watit - I'm going to see Pete and Danielle and Urmi and all my loverly friends.. I am so richly blessed. They're glad to have the real Reva back, but they're too polite to sing the freaking Hallelujah chorus:)
But seriously, it's goona rock.
I had the best day yesterday - I didn't realize I'd even changed my countenance so much, but yesterday everyone I knew stopped me and wanted to know what was so great. I just couldn't stop smiling. Everything has just clicked. FOr right now - I feel like a mist has come away from my head and I can see again. And the view is pretty nice.
I'd almost forgotten I had so many incredible friends. My being uprooted and travelling so much has left me with a wealth of people who make me smile and laugh.
I felt like I was sunshine yesterday. I could share my light again.
I'm going to do a little more of that now, thank you:)
