Urmi called the other night and we had a delightful hour long of girl-talk. Oooo, how good it felt!
We wrote a song as I was moving away and we were starting our master's programs at the same time - about how we felt like "transient beings on parallel streets" - and dang i it wasn't true. We moved on, got our graduat degrees, got jobs, and within a month of each other, met our husbands. Got married within a week of each other. And now, we're going through the same weird just married-things, stuff I dare not divuldge here, and other things like - husbands needing all this space in the morning and um... other things.
So nice to comisserate... commiserate... komyser8... I should really spell check that, but I'm too lazy.
I've been keeping this diary for almost 5 years - the same woes about boys, the same issues about love - and then, bam, love whacks us upside the head. How the HECK did this happen??
So if anyone is in a completely mushymushy mood, Clarity wrote the abslolutely sweetest entry ever.
Ahhh...
It's nice to be in love.
So we're going o double check a house tomorrow that we are almos definately put an offer in. I'm slooowly getting better with this idea. Luckily, with our religion, we are big on service so Jared just has to make a few calls and we'll have a bevy of people there to dig, paint, demolish or build stuff, which this place is gonna need. I don't know if she'll go for our offer, but we'll try any way.
rg. rg. Rg. Reva and a house. A split level that has been um... loved by three kids and now needs some painting love, and whatever. I have no idea what it needs because I have no idea what a house needs.
We might soon enter into Reva's diary - insane housewife edition. That sounds freaky, I'm leaving this subject.
I've been tagged!! Gabby challenged me to answer this in her diary:
Post five things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Post it to your journal, and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.
How exciting!! Lesse...
1. Sun bathing - only got to do it when I was in AZ, but it was lovely! No one could look into our backyard, so we got as nekid as we wanted and sunned to our heart's content.
2. Shopping, shopping and more shoping.
3. VH1, me and my hair brush as a microphone...you can picture the rest.
4. This diary.
5. driving to a park, pulling out my guitar or violin, and playing to my heart's content.
And to tag? I call on
Have fun!
SUPERCRACK out.
