My friend Paul is coming to visit me from England - he's going to be here Tuesday! I am so excited - I'm even cleaning my room.
No, that's not entirely true... I put red Christmas lights up and hung my mardi gras beads from new Orleans up on the wall... and I put my underpants away.
The dirty ones, too. Geez I'm piggy.
But last night my friend Matt came by (a different one from Matt Key and MatMunch) and he insisted on coming in and looking at the pics in my room. I warned him, it's pretty scary...
It was so funny - he first exclaimed how RED everything was (too true, too true) and then how much he loved the look. "if it's going to be messy, go with it!!"
He's quite a neatnick. I'm a little impressed that my crackhead of a room wouldn't freak him out.
Urmi surprised visited me this morning and was mucho impressed that she could see carpet. Not a lot of it, but there is a definate path from the door to the bed now.
My crazy existance is mine. I'm not the type to keep everything private... actualy that's not true - I hold a lot more from the world than I thought. But I wish I could share my room with more people. I know it's a mess, but I don't want to be the only person that enjoys this. i think it's pretty fin in here.
Well, Paul is visiting next week and I'm having a party tomorrow so maybe I can kidnap some people and make them stand in here and enjoy it. Force them, if I must. My pictures, my lights, my RED.
I guess the only real inner sanctum I have is realllly inner then.
SUPERCRACK has plans tonight and she doesn't know what she wants to do... Dallas, or Mormons? maybe I'll just continue watching cable...
