reasons to feel better

urf. Kazu is GONE. ANd we had the funnest weekend, too...
We rehearsed his piece, TRIANGLE, a bunch - all weekend long, and had oh-so-much fun in the process. It felt SOOO GOOD to have a friend around again. I can't even describe... here's an e.mail I just got from him...
THANK YOU, REVA forEVER.
I am not worried about you and TRIANGLE. That was a right choice that I went to see you for 3 days. Man, I still don't feel that was only in 3 days: It was dense and fun with you.
Beside the rehearsal, I learned a lot of girly things from you. You are the coolest friend EVER. I also miss you so much. I hope you will have a good friend to let you explore other worlds. In other words, hope you can find a wierd person who understands you well.
I already miss your atmosphere,
The best,
KAZU
I really do have the best friends ever. but why are they NOT HERE WITH ME?!?!?!?!
While I was bemoaning this last night to my mother, and also the fact that this new guy is confusing the HECK outta me, I was given this tidbit o' wisdom:
If you woke up this morning with more health than illness...
you are more blessed than the million who will not survive this week.
If you have never experienced the danger of battle, the loneliness of imprisonment, the agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation...
you are ahead of 500 million people in the world.
If you can attend a church meeting without fear of harassment, arrest, torture, or death...
you are more blessed than three billion people in the world.
If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep...
you are richer than 75% of this world.
If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in a dish someplace...
you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy.
If your parents are still alive and still married...
you are very rare, even in the United States.
If you hold up your head with a smile on your face and are truly thankful...
you are blessed because the majority can, but most do not.
If you can hold someone's hand, hug them or even touch them on the shoulder...
you are blessed because you can offer God's healing touch.
..... and then I kind of felt better. I'm still confused and lonely and this morning I bruised up my thumb so much it's throbbing - just by getting out of my freaking car...
but I do have a good life.
I suppose. Dang I miss everyone....
Oh, and Kazy sent me some funny pictures that I would post right now except that I'm in the library and this compooter won't let me do that. So later on today, say hello to Reva's weekend.
SUPERCRACK misses everyone! megamega!
