noticing things

:) I got to play Puccini's Nessun Dorma tonight in the concerto competition concert tonight... my ultimate fav aria... ahhhhh....
And then ice cream at Beth Marie's with sexy violinists Phillip and Marcy.. ahhh Denton.. oh, if you wnat to hear my new song about sanying goodbye to Denton I'm singing it at open mic tomorrow at the Brickhaus after 9pm.
Anywho, Marcy made an interesting observation whilst we slorped out ice cream. There was girl there from the symphony... I don't know her instrument - woodwind I think, but she was obviously coming from the concert like us and a few other UNT folk who were there...
But the difference was she was alone. A beautiful young girl, she bought her ice cream and sat there alone at a table, eating, then got up and left.
"That takes guts," saith marcy. True - we were amazed how this girl could come in amidst all these other people from symphony and just celebrate alone with some ice cream.
We thought she was really cool. I wanna be that girl someday... the girl that's okay without company when she needs to celebrate sometimes.

I think my head is goona explade. This happy mood just won't go away. mmmm... might tomorrow, when I have a 2 hour lesson....
the hearing is less than 2 weeks away and I have a boyfriend... you know what this means... relatioinships don't usually weather recitals well. Candis, I'm pointing my finger at you:) (heehee- don't worry folks, she ended up marrying the guy anyway:)
Hope I don't strangle the boy in some hallucinagenic fit when I think that he's really some evil-minded string faculty member that wants to fail me... maybe I should take pills for his benefit? Not being murdered and all that jazz would make his day, I'm sure.
i think i like having a boy like me. buuut.... I hould like getting to bed more right now. so night!
