dress day

ug. I have been fed too well the last two days... I hope I can fit into my dress for the recital. Nah - I will NOT begin stressing about that, no sirree.
Yesterday I went out to Krum - a town out in the boonies - to teach one of my students. The live on a farm, man - lambs, chickens, goats ducks... quite the education for this city girl.
Anywho, she's got 2 smaller brothers, and while I was helping out in the kitchen for luch, the smallest one hit me on the butt. When I called him on it, he swore it was his mother who had done it.
I shouldn't have laughed.. but man, it's just so funny to me how little I understand children, yet I can't understand adults either. I'm a college graduate and I still don't know where the heck I stand...
i have this sick feeling in the bottom of my stomach.
I don't think it's nerves, but I also shouldn't be hungry because I ate sooo much yesterday.
I did have a very odd dream where I had to go to Crabtree's and give him dinner, but I wouldn't look at him because I didn't want to get distracted from my recital preperations. He didn't notice though.. and at least I got to give him his football back.
What the heck does that mean? And I can't think about it now because my dress rehearsal is in an hour and a half.
Why is it that when you brush your teeth at night, they just end up being gross by morning? When I brush my teeth in the morning, they don't get this gross by night time...
Why is this?
I've just made some lovely flyers that I'm going to post all over the school of muzak that have a copy of the cast of "Everybody Loves Raymond" with milk mustaches , and instead of saying "got milk?" it says "got Reva?" and stufff.. and of course, "everybody Loves Reva." cuz they do:) Then it has the time and date of my recital so I won't have any friends complain to me that they didn't know I had a recital - I made FLYERS, dang it!
