first day of school

My first day of school...
I dressed up for my school day for the first time since junior high. Oh, I had my audition so that was my excuse, but I gotta dress up. My roomate is such a babe, I hafta break even somehow.
Brusilow was apparently being a bear all day, and I hadn't practiced the music lots, so I was worried. But the dirty man flirted with me and I flirted back so it was pretty harmless.
C'mon, he's seen me for 4 years already, and if he moves me to the first violin section I'm goona be unhappy. Dan's sectionals for the first violin suck. Notoriously LOOOONG.
I was also a little nervous - I mean, I'm a total girl when it comes to things, so besides my classes, I was nervous about running into Nathan. We broke up on nice terms and we e.mailed over the summer, but you know, seeing him after all these months...
why was that on my mind? Is that a girl thing?
But I got back to my car after class, he'd parked next to me and left a "Hello!" note with a smiley face on my dashboard. Nice to know one of us is slightly mature:) I don't feel bad at all now. Bring on the accidental ex-boyfriend sightings!
I'm feeling good.. to an extrovert, running into all your old friends from orchestra is like.... well, Christmas.
