you who know and love me are goona be shocked by this.
A cat slept on me last night.
and I just witnessed my first hairball-hacking-up by another feline.
Let me state for the record that it was not by choice to have the cat on me all night, but I have a fear of all things claw-related and I just tried not to move very much.

You're not going to believe this... I'm graduating college with honors - CUM LAUDE!!!
Heck if I know what that means, but it's Latin and it's quite the surprise, so woohoo! Wonder how I did it... I was shooting to graduate someday, but to be able to say "with honors..."?
I feel so freaking slick right now:)
I got everything done yesterday - so amazingly productive - I'm moved out and in a nice big house - and all that's left is practicing for my recital.

It's quite interesting... all the groovy things going on - graduating, moving to Arizona and getting my MASTERS(full ride!!!!), taking classes this summer (Alexander!!), Mark O'Connor, single life all out in front of me - I am feeling so happy and validated. Golly, is that wrong? I've always wanted to be validated by my accomplishments so I wouldn't need to be validated by a man and now I have a few accomplishments that are really validating of all I've tried to do for 5 years...
and it feels GOOD!!!!!!!

Last night for dinner I had a Healthy Choice pizza and some Ben and Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream. It balanced out, right?
