girl stuff

Chicks are soooo cool.
I was talking to my friend Brandon and I was telling him about the Oprah thing with my roomate and he didn't get it at all.
"Why would you want to look good when you run into your ex?"
He didn't get! He's never had a girlfriend so he hasn't been forced to come to face with the freaky things that make women lovable, confusing and downright scary.
And so he doen't know that most women are like this - and therefore thinks I'm the only weird one. We gotta find him a girlfriend so he'll think THEY are weird too.
It's GOOD to be a girl. Natalie and I were just hangin' last night night, wondering where her boy was and wasn't calling to wish her a goodnight. Boys can think that's obsessive, but it is such a freakin' necessity. Don't ask why, just DO it. (good advice for many chick things:)
Anywho, as she's getting a little down and I'm sympathizing, there's a knock on the door.... and.... there was her boyfriend and oooo she was so happy - I got a little giddy too. It's just nice to know that there are boys out there who try, you now?
When he left momentarily, we did a happy dance. I love being a girl. You can't do a happy dance like that with a boy. They'd think you were crazy.
I lvoe wathcing relationships with boys that are diggin' the girls they're with. Totally different from my relationships, so I'm watching to see what to look for just in case a boy does decide to indeed, dig me.
ahhhhhhhhh I'll just live vicariously instead....
(although last night while I was out a BOY called and wouldn't leave a message so Nat and I were trying to figure it out and I called all my guy friends to see if they'd called and.... wait, that's weird too isn't it? But nobody I called had called me so it's a mystery... oh man I need to go eat some chocolate...)
SUPERCRACK is sooooo the norm, baby.
(and i'm still in love with him)
