birthday musings yet again

Every year I make a big self-reflecting list of all the things I've done. I know I should, but I'm a little stumped as to all I've done...
Today is MY BIRTHDAY, by the way:)
It's funny - look back at the musings of a newly 23 year old Reva, a newly 22 year old Reva, and a fresh 21 year old Reva. And DO go see her music video!!
Le sigh... so here it goes....
This year I ....
survived a whole year of grad school,
survived tendonitis and the ever-fun eating disorder,
had my heart broken yet again by Loren,
dated Bryan the uber-jerk and got screwed over again,
stayed friends with Loren,
saw Pete change his life,
went to Magic Mountain with a bunch of fun people,
went to Disneyland with a roomate,
had 11 different roomates,
saw Quinn and Megan get married,
went to Australia,
landed in New Zealand,
went to Chile,
skiied in Chile,
got some more great teaching gigs,
went to Disneyland with MATMUNCH! and sent him off to Korea for a year,
and lived to tell about it.
My life is wonderful. Just not here. So yes, Reva is 24. I do not like this number and I don't want to celebrate it with anyone but the people that love me. And since they're not here and nowhere with me, I ran away to Disneyland and had it a week early. Today is a moot point.
I'm so happy for how wonderful it was.... but today is a tiny bit lonely...
Whatever. Reva is a champion. I'm going to look back and the years past entries and see if I've changed at all. Do you think I have?
